The AFAC-supported tour exhibition TAKHALLI by artist Mohamad Khayata will be open to the public on Tuesday the 25th of September in Beirut with 15 mixed media installations distributed across galleries, shops, gardens, houses and artists’ studios around Beirut, addressing the topics of fear and conflict. Objects, symbol of our society's main source of tensions, are composing hot air balloons about to soar away. The project includes the organization of an itinerant community-engaged art gallery in the city of Beirut that creates space for the public to interlace relations and participate in the concept.
TAKHALLI installations will be exhibited across 12 different locations in Beirut until the 6th of October 2018.
